Gymnastics Medicine is now offering an online certification for current licensed medical providers. If you are a health care provider looking to enhance your gymnastics expertise and be a part of the gymnastics community then our expert-led certification course is for you!

Perfect 10 steps to becoming Gymnastics Medicine certified:
Step 1: Journal reading
Read 5 prescribed journal articles.
Write 2-6 sentences about each article, describing how you will integrate the information learned into your clinical practice.
Step 2: Lecture videos
Watch 5 Gymnastics Medicine: Education and Research lecture videos.
Write 2-6 sentences summarizing each presentation, and describing how you will integrate the information into your clinical practice.
Step 3: Essay
Write a 150-300 word essay detailing why you want to be a certified Gymnastics Medicine provider, along with what you hope to contribute and gain from membership.
Step 4: Letter of recommendation
Submit a letter of recommendation from a parent of a gymnast or gymnastics coach/club owner endorsing you as an applicant.
Step 5: Current CV
Provide a current CV.
Step 6: Current Medical License
Provide a current Medical License.
Step 7: Current Certification by USAG medical OR FIG/national governing body and Safe Sport certification
Provide current NGB medical certification and proof of Safe Sport completion.
Step 8: Interview
An interview may be requested upon review of your application.
Step 9: Fee
Submit your fee for the year.
Step 10: Recertification
Please provide 3-5 examples of gymnastics medical coverage, education material, or other forms of gymnastics based work.
