Chalk Talk: Preparation and Pressures of College Recruiting

Virtual event · For gymnasts, parents, coaches, and professionals who support athletes pursuing collegiate gymnastics.
College recruiting can bring excitement, uncertainty, comparison, and emotional pressure. Join us for a practical conversation about managing expectations, building confidence, and supporting athlete well-being throughout the recruiting process.
Ariana LeBlanc, M.S., LMHC, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, will discuss strategies for managing pressure and offer tips for parents on communication and supporting their gymnast. Dr. Olivia DeLuca, PT, DPT, a former college gymnast, and current and former NCAA gymnasts will share experiences, lessons learned, and advice for navigating recruiting.
